Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase!

If your item isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange it within 10 days of receiving it. Just make sure items are in the same condition as received.

To start a return, either email us at info@zazz.co.za, or WhatsApp us at 076 673 7229, within 7 days of shipment. If you’d like to use our courier service (Pargo) for the return, we can help arrange that, or use your own Courier. Return shipping costs are usually your responsibility, unless the item is defective.

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the article, and process your refund or credit note within about 5–10 working days and notify you by email. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
