1 INTRODUCTION
This is the Returns and Refunds Policy for www.zazz.co.za. This website is owned and operated by Margerett Macfarlane, and trades as Zazz. Full details and contact information are provided in our “Terms of Use” Policy.
Zazz takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
2 RETURNS
All items are returnable for refund or exchange. The items you wish to return, or exchange must be in the same condition that you received it in – unworn, in its packaging, with all labels attached.
3 PROCEDURE AND TIMING
To return any item purchased, please contact us via email at info@zazz.co.za within 7 days of the shipment date, and return the item to us within 10 days of the shipment date.
4 RETURN COURIER
Should you wish to make use of our courier (Pargo) for the return, contact us and we will assist you. The cost of returning the item will be for your account.
5 REFUND OR CREDIT NOTE
We can refund you, or offer a credit note for future purchases, you decide. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 working days to process this. We require another 5 working days to refund you and have this reflect in your bank account. We will notify you via email once we have received and processed your returns. Refunds are automatically processed using your original payment method.
6 RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs are refundable if the product was received as defective, and the return has been approved by Zazz.
