1  INTRODUCTION
This is the Delivery Policy for www.zazz.co.za. This website is owned and operated by Margerett Macfarlane, and trades as Zazz. Full details and contact information are provided in our “Terms of Use” Policy.

Zazz takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Zazz delivers goods to you nationwide within South Africa, via a Courier service chosen by us, which is “Pargo”. We do not deliver to Post Office Boxes, PostNet, Farms, Plots, Mines or Military Bases.

We offer 3 (three) methods of delivering Goods to you.
* Courier to a collection point near you. Pargo has over 4 000 collection points .
* Courier to your door.
* Self-collection from Zazz, Hout Bay.

Zazz obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled when we deliver the product to the physical address nominated by you, or to the collection point nominated by you, or when collected directly from Zazz.

2  INFORMATION REQUIRED
The following information is required, in full, for every shipment, unless it is being collected directly from Zazz in Hout Bay. All delivery shipments must indicate whether the goods are being delivered to a nearby Collection Point, or to the recipient’s door.

* Apartment/Unit Number (if applicable)
* Suburb (if applicable)
* City or Town
* Street Postal Code
* Province

3  PARGO COLLECTION POINTS
Pargo delivers to over 4 000 collection points across South Africa. When you check out, you will be given a list of collection points near you, for you to choose from.
When the Goods arrive at the collection point, you will be sent an SMS and email advising you, together with a collection code.

4  DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery time of parcels sent to a Pargo Collection Point takes 1-3 business days.
Delivery time of parcels sent to your door 2-5 business days.

5  TRACKING YOUR PARCEL
When your parcel is shipped, you will be sent, by SMS text message and email, a Tracking Number.  You can use this to track the status of your parcel on your phone.

6  FAILURE TO COLLECT
From the moment you receive the notification stating your package has arrived at your collection point, you will have 8 days to collect your package. After 8 days, Pargo will return the parcel to Zazz.

7  DELIVERY COSTS
Prices for the different freight options are provided on the website. These may change from time to time, and the website will be updated.

8  ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Processing orders usually takes 2 business days from the time the order is received until it is shipped. At busy times, e.g. Christmas, processing may take a day or two longer.

9  HEAD OFFICE COLLECTIONS
When collecting from Zazz in Hout Bay, you will be notified by SMS text message when orders are ready for collection. These orders must be collected within 30 days of such advice, failing which Zazz has the right to allocate those goods to another customer and refund you.

When collecting your goods at Zazz you need to phone for a suitable time to be arranged.
